Job Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads

• Explain real estate projects, pricing, offers, and payment plans clearly

• Understand customer requirements and schedule site visits for sales team

• Follow up with interested clients via calls/WhatsApp/email

• Maintain and update customer data in CRM or Excel

• Resolve basic customer queries and objections professionally

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a telecaller in real estate

• Strong convincing and negotiation abilities

• Comfortable with high-volume calling

• Basic computer knowledge (CRM, MS Excel)

• Customer-focused and target-driven attitude

Preferred Candidate:

• Experience in residential/commercial property sales

• Knowledge of local real estate market

• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
