Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential clients regarding personal loans, business loans, and investment opportunities

• Explain product details clearly and convincingly to generate interest

• Understand customer needs and offer suitable solutions

• Maintain and update client database with accurate information

• Follow up on leads and ensure consistent engagement

• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls and conversions

• Handle customer queries and resolve issues professionally

• Collaborate with the sales team for seamless lead handovers
