Job Description:

We are looking for enthusiastic and goal-oriented Telecallers to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential property seekers, understanding their requirements, and coordinating with the sales team to drive property sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective property seekers using the provided data.

• Engage and communicate effectively with clients to understand their property needs.

• Promote suitable properties based on client requirements.

• Conduct regular follow-ups to schedule site visits and maintain client interest.

• Coordinate closely with the Sales Team to ensure successful closures.

• Maintain and update client interaction records for future reference.

• Ensure high-quality lead generation from the available data.

Required Skills:

• Good communication skills in English and any one language fluency Hindi/ Kannada/ Telugu/ Tamil.

• Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills.

• Positive attitude and ability to handle rejections professionally.

• Basic computer knowledge and data entry skills.

• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
