We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling outbound/inbound calls, generating leads, converting prospects, and maintaining customer relationships. Strong communication and persuasion skills are essential.
Make outbound calls to potential customers to inform them about our products/services.
Handle inbound queries and provide information effectively.
Generate leads and follow up with prospects.
Maintain customer database and update call records.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets set by the team leader or manager.
Resolve customer issues or escalate when necessary.
Work closely with the sales and marketing team to align on campaigns.
High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree is a plus.
Proven experience in a telecalling or similar customer service role is preferred.
Excellent communication skills in [languages, e.g., English, Hindi, etc.].
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools).
