We are looking for an enthusiastic, customer-focused Telecaller to join our Real Estate sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, promoting properties, and assisting potential clients over the phone. This role requires strong communication skills, a keen understanding of real estate products, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Lead Generation & Cold Calling:
Make outbound calls to prospective buyers, sellers, or tenants in real estate.
Generate new leads through cold calling and follow-up calls with previous inquiries.
Engage potential clients with property offerings based on their preferences.
Sales Support:
Provide detailed information about available properties, including features, pricing, and locations.
Answer queries from clients regarding the property, legal formalities, and financing options.
Assist in setting up property viewings for interested customers.
Customer Relationship Management (CRM):
Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and leads in the CRM system.
Follow up with leads regularly to nurture relationships and close deals.
Track customer feedback and report to the team on recurring concerns or preferences.
Scheduling Appointments:
Schedule calls, property tours, and meetings with clients, sales agents, or property managers.
Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth communication between potential clients and agents.
Marketing Support:
Assist in promoting upcoming projects or property launches through phone campaigns.
Collect and provide market insights, customer preferences, and competitor analysis.
Sales Target Achievement:
Work towards individual sales targets for lead generation and conversions.
Contribute to the overall team sales goals and help boost company revenues.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus.
Experience: Previous experience in telecalling or sales, preferably in real estate or a customer-facing role.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills with an ability to explain complex property details clearly.
Sales Orientation: Ability to pitch and sell properties over the phone and convince potential clients.
Customer Service: Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to handle customer inquiries or complaints professionally.
CRM Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software for tracking leads, follow-ups, and property data.
Time Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple leads simultaneously.
Problem-Solving: Ability to answer queries and offer solutions in a timely and professional manner.
Real Estate Knowledge: Basic understanding of real estate terminology, property types, and market trends.
Multilingual: Ability to speak multiple languages will be an added advantage.
