Hum ek energetic, friendly aur dedicated Female Telecaller ki hiring kar rahe hain jo real estate field mein career banana chahti ho. No field work – sirf office mein call handling, client coordination aur follow-up ka kaam hoga. Agar aapko baat karna acha lagta hai aur office environment mein kaam karna pasand hai, toh yeh job aapke liye perfect hai.

💬 Key Responsibilities:

• Daily inbound/outbound calls to potential clients

• Site visit ke liye clients ko convince karna

• Follow-up calls aur CRM update

• Team ke saath coordination

• Clients ke doubts clear karna (full training milegi)

💰 Salary Structure (Monthly):

🧪 Probation Period (5 Days):

• Joining ke baad 5 din ka training-cum-probation period hoga

• Is dauran behavior, communication, punctuality aur kaam samajhne ka tareeka observe kiya jaayega

• Performance sahi na hone par 5 din ke andar bina notice relieve kiya ja sakta hai

• Per-day salary di jayegi

• Agar performance acchi ho, to turant regular position confirm kar di jaayegi
