Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Telecaster. The primary responsibility of this role is to contact automobile showrooms and collect accurate information about exchanged vehicles. This data will be used for inventory management and resale evaluation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to designated automobile showrooms on a daily basis.

• Inquire about any vehicle exchanges that have occurred.

• Gather detailed data about exchanged vehicles (make, model, year, condition, mileage, etc.).

• Record and maintain all information accurately in internal databases or Excel sheets.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and consistent data collection.

• Follow up with showrooms for missing or incomplete data.

• Maintain good communication and rapport with showroom staff to ensure cooperation.

Requirements:

• Good communication skills in Kannada and English.

• Basic computer knowledge, especially in MS Excel or Google Sheets.

• Ability to handle repetitive tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

• Previous experience in telecalling or data collection roles will be an advantage.
