Job Title: Telecaller – Event Management (Female Preferred)

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound & outbound client calls.
Respond to leads and explain services.
Schedule meetings and coordinate with the sales team.
Follow up with clients until closure.
Maintain client records in Excel/Google Sheets.
Prepare daily/weekly call reports.

Requirements

1–3 years of Telecalling, Telesales, or Customer Support experience.
Good communication in Tamil & English (Hindi is a plus).
Strong follow-up and customer handling skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
Organized, professional, and detail-oriented.
