Job Title: Telecaller (Female Preferred)

Job Overview:

Avi Oversease Group is looking for enthusiastic and confident Telecallers to join our team. The role involves interacting with candidates interested in international job opportunities and assisting them with the required documentation and process.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound calls with candidates seeking overseas job placements
Provide accurate information about international job opportunities and company services
Guide candidates through the documentation and application process
Maintain records of calls and candidate details in the system
Follow up with potential candidates to ensure process completion
Build and maintain good relationships with clients

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English
Confident and polite telephone manner
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel/Word preferred)
Ability to handle pressure and meet targets
Freshers are welcome

Preferred Candidate:

Female candidates are preferred
Candidates with prior telecalling or customer service experience will have an advantage
