Customer Support Executive (Logistics & Driver Onboarding)

Jaipur (Office-based, 9 AM – 6 PM)

Job Description:

हम Triptoll (Logistics Company) में Customer Support Executive की तलाश कर रहे हैं। इस भूमिका में आपको:

• ड्राइवर रजिस्ट्रेशन प्रोसेस में मदद करना (KYC और अन्य डॉक्यूमेंटेशन चेक करना)

• Logistics टीम को सपोर्ट करना

• ड्राइवरों और ग्राहकों से हिंदी भाषा में कॉल पर बातचीत करना

• Queries को प्रोफेशनल तरीके से सॉल्व करना

Requirements:

• Qualification: Minimum 12th Pass

• Age: 18 – 35 years

• Language: Hindi में अच्छे से बात करने की क्षमता

• Girls preferred, जिनको फोन पर बात करने में Comfort हो

• Basic Computer Knowledge (MS Office / Apps handling)

Job Timing:

9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)
