We are looking for an enthusiastic and well-organized Telecaller cum Coordinator to handle outbound/inbound calls, follow up with clients, and coordinate between internal teams and customers. The candidate should have good communication skills, basic coordination abilities, and a customer-focused attitude.
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers
Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries
Follow up on leads, appointments, and pending tasks
Maintain and update customer records and call logs
Coordinate with sales, operations, and management teams
Schedule meetings, calls, and follow-ups as required
Provide accurate information about products/services
Resolve basic customer issues or escalate when necessary
Prepare daily/weekly reports on calls and coordination activities
Minimum qualification: Graduate preferred
Good verbal communication skills in English ,hindi
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
Pleasant personality with a customer-oriented approach
Prior experience in telecalling or coordination is an advantage
Fresher or 0–2 years of experience in telecalling, customer support, or coordination roles
