Credit Control & Accounts:
Monitor client outstanding balances and ageing reports.
Follow up with clients for pending payments through calls, emails, and visits if required.
Coordinate with Accounts team for invoice generation, receipts, and reconciliation.
Maintain accurate records of credit limits, payments, and dues.
Ensure compliance with company credit policies.
Report Follow-Up & Coordination:
Follow up with lab engineers/technicians for pending test reports.
Track report status and ensure timely completion and dispatch to clients.
Coordinate between lab, QA, and operations teams for report-related clarifications.
Inform clients about report timelines and resolve delays professionally.
Maintain report dispatch and acknowledgment records.
