•3+ years of experience in team handling/service management role,( preferably in the industrial automation sector)
•Highly motivated and experienced Service Manager to oversee and manage the service operations.
•The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring high-quality customer service, managing a team of service engineers, and ensuring timely resolution of technical issues.
•This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to drive continuous improvements in service delivery.
•Oversee daily service operations, including installation, commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting of automation systems.
