Job Summary: Techno Group of Institutions is seeking enthusiastic, goal-driven, and articulate telecallers to join our admissions and outreach team. The primary role involves contacting prospective students and their parents, providing comprehensive information about our academic programs, resolving queries, and encouraging enrollment in our various courses.
Key Responsibilities:
Outbound Calling: Make outbound calls to leads generated through marketing campaigns, inquiry forms, and other sources to inform prospective students and parents about the institution's offerings.
Information Dissemination: Provide accurate and detailed information about the institution, available courses, admission criteria, fees, facilities, and other relevant details.
Query Resolution: Effectively address and resolve inquiries, concerns, and uncertainties of prospective students and their parents in a professional and helpful manner.
Lead Nurturing & Follow-up: Follow up on inquiries to ensure sustained interest and guide prospective students through the admission process, coordinating with the admissions team for counseling appointments as needed.
Database Management: Maintain detailed and accurate records of all telephonic interactions, leads, and feedback in the CRM system/database.
Target Achievement: Strive to meet and exceed daily/weekly/monthly calling targets and admission conversion goals.
Customer Service: Deliver excellent customer service, maintaining a professional and positive tone during all calls, even in challenging situations.
Market Awareness: Stay updated with information about the institution's programs, policies, and relevant market trends to better serve prospective students.
Collaboration: Coordinate effectively with other internal teams, such as admissions, marketing, and administration, to ensure a seamless experience for potential students.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Educational Qualification: Minimum 10th Pass/12th Pass (graduates or those pursuing graduation preferred).
Experience: 1 to 4 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, customer service, or a similar role, preferably in the education sector. Freshers with strong communication skills and a willingness to learn may also be considered.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and English are compulsory. The ability to communicate persuasively and clearly is essential.
Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and handle diverse personalities.
Listening Skills: Active listening skills to understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
Computer Knowledge: Basic computer proficiency, including familiarity with MS Office (Word, Excel) and CRM tools (preferred).
Problem-Solving: Ability to identify customer needs and offer solutions, as well as handle rejections positively.
Work Ethic: Enthusiastic, goal-oriented, persistent, and patient.
Team Player: Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
