Job Summary

We are looking for a confident and customer-focused Telecaller / Customer Support Executive to handle customer calls, provide support, resolve basic queries, and maintain good relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities

Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls.
Explain our products and services to customers.
Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
Follow up with leads and existing customers.
Resolve basic customer queries and complaints professionally.
Maintain customer information and call records.
Coordinate with the sales and technical team when required.
Achieve assigned calling, follow-up, and customer-support targets.
Maintain a polite and professional communication style with customers.

Requirements

Good communication skills in Hindi; basic English is an advantage.
Confident and polite personality.
Basic knowledge of computers and WhatsApp.
Good listening and problem-solving skills.
Ability to handle customers professionally.
