Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential clients/customers.
- Explain products or services related to the interior industry clearly and confidently.
- Follow up on inquiries and leads to convert into appointments or sales.
- Maintain call records, update CRM, and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Work closely with the sales and operations team to support business growth.
🔹 Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Graduation is mandatory.
- Must have minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Confident & presentable personality – looks and grooming will be considered.
- Prior experience in Interior Design industry will be an added advantage.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 0.5 - 1 years of experience. The role involves resolving customer complaints, providing right information and escalating complex problems to the relevant department when needed. Candidates must be open to a 6 days working week during the Day shift.
