Job Overview

Taksh IT Solutions Private Limited is looking for a confident and detail-oriented Telecaller to join our team. The role includes handling calls, updating and managing customer information, maintaining records, and supporting administrative tasks. Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to customers/leads as per the assigned process.

• Handle customer queries professionally and provide accurate information.

• Maintain and update customer data accurately in records/systems.

• Verify information, correct errors, and identify irregularities in a timely manner.

• Organize and maintain both physical and digital records for easy retrieval.

• Support administrative and coordination tasks when required.

• Prepare basic reports and summaries for internal team use.

• Ensure confidentiality of sensitive customer and company information at all times.

Job Requirements

• Graduate (mandatory).

• 0–1 year experience in Telecalling / Customer Support / Back Office (preferred).

• Good communication skills and confidence in speaking with customers.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets is an advantage.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and work in a team.

• Must be comfortable with 6 days working in Day shift.

• It is a Full Time Customer Support / TeleCaller job for candidates with 0 - 1 years of experience.
