We are looking for motivated Telecallers to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for reaching out to prospective students, providing information about our courses, and generating leads for admissions.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective students and respond to inbound inquiries.
Provide information about courses, admission processes, eligibility, and institute facilities.
Generate and maintain a minimum of 10 leads daily.
Maintain accurate records of calls, interactions, and leads in the database.
Ensure excellent customer service and maintain a professional attitude.
Qualifications & Skills:
Minimum education: 12th pass or Graduate.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Ability to handle multiple calls and maintain records efficiently.
