We are looking for a Pre-Sales / Telecalling Executive to join our team at The Civil Company (TCC).

Key Responsibilities:

Outbound calling to our database of civil engineering and construction professionals.
Explain the concept and benefits of enrolling with The Civil Company (training on the concept will be provided).
Send a pre-written registration/consent message on WhatsApp to the professional after the call.
Follow up to secure their consent (Yes) and maintain a simple record of enrolled professionals.
No direct selling or hardcore revenue targets. The focus is on professional onboarding and relationship building.

Job Requirements:

Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass.
Excellent communication and convincing skills in Hindi (basic English is a plus).
Confident phone presence to talk professionally with architects, engineers, and contractors.
Must have a smartphone.
