Location: Choubey Colony
Timing: 10:15 AM to 7:30 PM
Salary:

• ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 (Other Industries)

• ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 (Steel Industry)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and confident Telecaller to handle outbound and inbound calls, explain services/products, maintain customer relationships, and support the sales/operations team with smooth communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.

• Explain products/services clearly and professionally.

• Handle inbound enquiries and provide accurate information.

• Maintain call logs, customer details, and follow-up records.

• Generate leads and pass them to the sales team.

• Follow up on leads regularly to ensure conversions.

• Resolve basic customer issues or escalate complex cases.

• Achieve daily/weekly call and lead targets.

Requirements:

• Minimum 12th pass; graduation preferred.

• Good communication skills in Hindi (English preferred but not mandatory).

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, data entry).

• Confident, energetic, and target-oriented.

• Experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales will be an advantage.
