Position: Telecaller – B2B
Job Type: Full-time
Location:4th C Cross Rd, KHB Colony, Industrial Area, 5th Block, Koramangala, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560095
Contact businesses (B2B clients) via phone calls to promote and explain company services/products.
Identify potential corporate clients and generate new business opportunities.
Maintain and update client database for follow-ups and lead tracking.
Handle client inquiries professionally and build strong business relationships.
Ensure proper follow-up with prospective clients until closure or handover to the sales team.
Achieve assigned daily/weekly/monthly call targets and contribute to revenue growth.
Prepare and maintain reports of calls, leads, and conversions.
Education: Graduate in any discipline (Mandatory).
Experience: 1–3 years in telecalling / telesales / B2B sales (Freshers with good communication skills may apply).
Skills:
Strong verbal communication and convincing ability.
Fluency in English and Hindi (additional regional language will be a plus).
Target-oriented, self-motivated, and result-driven approach.
Basic computer proficiency (MS Excel, CRM tools, email).
Fixed Salary: ₹21000 per month
