We are looking for an enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, maintaining good customer relationships, and generating leads for business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients and explain company services.

• Handle customer queries politely and professionally.

• Maintain records of calls and client details.

• Follow up with potential customers and convert leads into sales.

• Coordinate with the sales and marketing team for smooth operations.

Skills Required:

• Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.

• Confident and polite telephone manners.

• Basic computer knowledge.

• Ability to convince and build rapport with customers.

Qualification:

Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate (any stream)
