Key Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products or services.
• Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries professionally.
• Explain product details, pricing, and offers clearly to customers.
• Maintain and update customer databases (CRM) accurately.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.
• Follow up on leads and maintain good customer relationships.
• Coordinate with the sales or support team for smooth service delivery.
• Handle customer complaints or feedback in a polite and solution-oriented manner.
Requirements:
• Qualification: Graduate in any stream.
• Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers with good communication skills can apply).
• Excellent verbal communication skills in [mention languages – e.g., English, Tamil, Optional : Hindi].
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools preferred).
• Positive attitude, confidence, and persuasive skills.
• Ability to work under targets.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
