Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Conversion: Source new customers through cold calling, field visits, and channel partners to sell loan products.
Customer Relationship Management: Explain loan schemes, interest rates, and EMI options to potential clients and maintain relationships for future business.
Documentation & Verification: Facilitate the loan process by collecting KYC, income proof, and other required documents, ensuring accuracy.
Target Achievement: Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets (loans disbursed, leads converted) set by the organization.
Compliance: Adhere to RBI guidelines, internal policies, and ethical sales practices.
MIS Reporting: Maintain accurate documentation, sales trackers, and daily performance reports.
