Job Responsibilities:

Handle inbound & outbound calls for real estate projects

Explain Open Plots & Apartment sales to customers

Convince and push customers for site visits

Maintain customer data using CRM & MS Office

Requirements:

✅ Minimum 1 year experience in the real estate industry

✅ Knowledge of Open Plots & Apartment sales

✅ Excellent communication skills in Telugu, Hindi & English

✅ Good computer skills (MS Office & CRM)

✅ Must reside within 1 hour travel distance from office

✅ Willing to work on festivals & public holidays

✅ Strong convincing & negotiation skills
