Telecaller

Job Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to customers regarding pending loan EMIs, credit card dues, and overdue payments.

Follow up with customers for timely payment of outstanding dues.

Explain pending amounts, due dates, and available payment options to customers professionally.

Convince customers to clear their overdue payments and achieve daily, weekly, and monthly collection targets.

Maintain regular follow-ups through telephone calls, SMS, and WhatsApp as per company policy.

Update customer feedback, payment commitments, call remarks, and follow-up dates in the company system.

Handle customer queries, payment-related issues, and objections professionally.

Coordinate with team leaders and the collection team for payment updates and case escalations.

Ensure customer confidentiality and follow company policies and applicable recovery guidelines.

Required Skills

Good communication and convincing skills.

Basic knowledge of Hindi; English communication is an advantage.

Ability to handle customer objections and negotiate payment commitments.

Basic computer knowledge and data-entry skills.

Target-oriented approach with a positive attitude.

Ability to maintain regular follow-ups and work in a team.

Eligibility Criteria

Minimum qualification: 12th Pass; graduates preferred.

Freshers can apply; collection or telecalling experience is an added advantage.

Candidates with experience in banking collections, loan recovery, credit card collections, or EMI follow-ups will be preferred.
