Job Title: Telecaller

Job Description:

We are looking for a Telecaller to handle outbound and/or inbound calls. The candidate will be responsible for communicating with customers, explaining services, and maintaining proper call records.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls or attend inbound calls as per process
Explain products or services clearly to customers
Answer customer queries in a polite and professional manner
Follow call scripts and company guidelines
Maintain basic call records and follow-ups
Achieve daily/weekly calling targets

Requirements:

Basic communication skills
Ability to speak clearly and confidently
Any education background can apply
Prior tele calling experience is a plus (not mandatory)
Freshers are welcome

Language: Hindi, Gujarati
Working Hours: Full-time
