Job Description:
We are looking for a female, married candidate with good communication skills and basic computer knowledge for a telecaller role. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound (cold) coordinate to potential customers, explaining services/products, and maintaining records of calls.

Key Responsibilities:

Make cold calls to potential clients
Communicate clearly and professionally over the phone
Provide basic information about products/services
Maintain call records and update data in the system
Follow up with interested customers

Requirements:

Female, married candidate preferred
Good communication skills (Hindi/English)
Basic knowledge of computers (MS Office, data entry)
Confidence in speaking over the phone
