Job Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound calls for domestic customers.

Resolve customer queries in a polite and professional manner.

Provide accurate information related to products/services.

Maintain customer satisfaction and follow call quality standards.

Update call records and share daily reports with the team leader.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Good communication skills in Hindi & Marathi.

Basic computer knowledge.

Positive attitude, patience, and willingness to learn.

Freshers are welcome; experience in BPO will be an added advantage
