Job Title: Telecaller – Inside Sales Executive

We are looking for an energetic and results-driven Telecaller to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting potential and existing customers, promoting our products/services, and generating sales leads.
Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain products or services.
Handle inbound customer inquiries and provide relevant information.
Generate and qualify leads through cold calling and follow-ups.
Maintain a database of customer details and call records.
Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
Schedule meetings or product demonstrations for the sales team.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls and conversions.
Provide feedback to management regarding customer queries and market trends.
Minimum 0-1 years of experience as a Telecaller / Inside Sales Executive (freshers can also apply if confident).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software is an advantage.
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
Minimum qualification: Graduate – as per company preference.
