Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients to introduce and explain the firm’s legal services.

• Respond to inbound calls regarding inquiries on legal consultations, procedures, documentation, and related services.

• Schedule appointments for consultations with legal experts or consultants.

• Maintain and update client records in the firm’s database with accuracy.

• Follow up with leads, clients, and referrals to ensure engagement and address any outstanding requirements.

• Handle client complaints and queries with professionalism, providing resolution or appropriate escalation as needed.

• Explain procedures, documentation requirements, and legal service details in an understandable manner to clients.

• Coordinate with other team members to ensure seamless client service and follow-up.

• Ensure confidentiality and compliance with data protection policies in all communications.
