Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Telecaller to join our Collections team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to customers to remind them about pending payments and ensure timely collections. You will need to follow up with customers, resolve their basic queries related to payments, and maintain accurate records of all interactions in the system.

The ideal candidate should have good communication skills in Hindi and basic English, along with the ability to handle pressure and achieve daily targets. Basic computer knowledge and a professional approach while speaking to customers are essential for this role. Prior experience in telecalling or collections will be an added advantage, but freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
