Job Summary: We are looking for an enthusiastic and goal-oriented Outbound BPO Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, promoting services/products, and achieving set targets while maintaining excellent customer relations.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers.
Promote company services/products and explain benefits.
Generate leads and convert them into sales or appointments.
Maintain call logs, update CRM/Excel trackers accurately.
Handle customer queries and objections professionally.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling/target goals.
Education: 12th Pass / Graduate.
Experience: 0–2 years in outbound BPO, tele sales, or tele calling.
Skills:
Good communication skills in English/Hindi.
Convincing and negotiation skills.
Basic computer knowledge MS Excel.
Freshers with good communication skills are welcome.
