Call and counsel prospective candidates about the skill development courses offered under the project.
Explain course details, benefits, duration, eligibility criteria, and placement opportunities.
Maintain a database of leads, update call records, and track follow-ups regularly.
Coordinate with field mobilizers and center staff for candidate visits and admissions.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and admission targets as assigned by management.
Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and politely.
Support in community mobilization activities, job fairs, and outreach campaigns if required.
Prepare daily reports on calls, inquiries, and conversions.
