Job Description
- Inform customers about product & services
- Handle inbound & outbound calls
- Understand customer's need & solve queries
Engage with customers via telephone to promote and explain products or services offered by Credelio.
Handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective or existing clients.
Maintain a positive and professional attitude with customers at all times.
Achieve assigned targets and goals in line with company standards.
Record and update customer information accurately in the database.
Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversions and customer queries.
Follow up with customers for feedback and potential upselling opportunities.
