Key Responsibilities:

• Contact clients via phone and follow up on pending payments

• Maintain records of collection activities in Excel and MS Office

• Work towards achieving monthly collection targets

• Coordinate with the accounts department for accurate tracking

• Maintain professional communication with clients to resolve queries

• Update collection data in Tally software

• Willingness to handle pressure and meet deadlines

Required Skills:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and Tally

• Target-oriented mindset

• Ability to multitask and work independently

• Good negotiation and interpersonal skills
