Job Title: Telecaller

Location: Hauz Khas, New Delhi

Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹16,000 per month

Job Timing: 11:00 AM – 8:30 PM

Job Role

Call customers to confirm Cash on Delivery (COD) orders

Answer customer calls regarding orders, delivery, size, or exchange queries

Respond to customer messages on WhatsApp and Instagram

Note customer concerns and share with the team for resolution

Maintain basic records of customer interactions

Requirements

Good spoken Hindi (basic English preferred)

Comfortable speaking with customers on phone

Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, Instagram, and computer

Polite and responsible communication

Note: Preference for candidates who are comfortable speaking with customers and responding promptly on phone and WhatsApp.
