Telecaller

Job Role:

We are hiring freshers + experience for the post of Telecaller Your job will be to talk to people over the phone and tell them about our visa and immigration services.

What You Will Do:

• Make phone calls to people and tell them about visa services (like Canada, Australia, UK, etc.)

• Answer calls and give basic information about how to apply for visas.

• Note down details of people who are interested.

• Fix appointments with our senior team members.

• Follow up with interested people.

• Keep a record of calls made.

Who Can Apply:

• 12th pass or graduate.

• Freshers are welcome.

• Must speak clearly and politely.

• Know basic English ,hindi , punjabi and local language.

• Basic computer knowledge (typing, emai).

• Be friendly and willing to learn.

Extra Skills (if you have):

• Experience in calling or customer care (not required, but good to have).

• Knowledge of visas or foreign countries (helpful but not needed).

• It is a Full Time Customer Support / TeleCaller job for candidates with 6 months - 2 years of experience.
