About the Job:
We’re looking for a friendly and talkative Customer Service Telecaller to join our team in the finance sector. Your job will be to talk to customers, explain our services, answer their questions, and help turn leads into

happy clients!

What You’ll Do:
Call potential customers to tell them about our finance products
Follow up with leads from ads or referrals
Listen to customer needs & suggest the right solutions
Answer calls and respond to questions politely
Keep customer details updated in the system
Meet call & conversion targets (daily/weekly/monthly)
Work with the sales team for smooth customer onboarding
Learn about our products and rules in the finance sector

What You Need:
12th pass or graduate (any stream)
Some experience in CS telecalling or sales (finance is a plus!)
Good communication skills in [English, Hindi, etc.]
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM, etc.)
Positive attitude & ability to work under pressure
