We are looking for a motivated and well-spoken Tele caller to join our team. The Tele caller will be responsible for calling potential customers, answering queries, and handling customer concerns. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products/services.
Answer incoming calls from customers to take orders, answer inquiries, and provide information.
Follow communication scripts and handle objections in a professional manner.
Maintain records of calls and customer responses.
Schedule appointments or follow-up calls when necessary.
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call targets.
Update customer databases with accurate and up-to-date information.
Provide feedback on customer preferences and trends to the sales/marketing team.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in communications or sales is a plus.
Proven experience as a tele caller or similar customer service/sales role is preferred.
Excellent verbal communication skills in [languages required].
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM systems).
Ability to remain calm and handle rejection.
Strong listening and persuasion skills.
Goal-oriented with a results-driven approach.
