Job Description: Female Telecaller / Sales Coordinator
Role Summary
We are looking for a confident and proactive Female Telecaller to join our team at SAR Digital India. The primary responsibility will be to reach out to potential dealers, introduce our company and products, and manage inquiries and demo schedules to support our business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Outbound Calling: Contact dealers from the provided database to provide detailed information about the company’s profile and product range.
Inquiry Management: Handle incoming inquiries from dealers or clients and coordinate with the relevant team members for resolution.
Demo Coordination: Schedule and line-up product demonstrations for interested clients and ensure smooth communication between the client and the technical team.
Client Follow-up: Maintain regular contact with existing clients to identify and capture any new requirements or inquiries.
Reporting: Maintain an accurate record of daily calls and lead statuses.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Language Proficiency: Fluency in both English and Hindi (Verbal and Written).
Email Etiquette: Must know how to draft and manage professional emails.
Communication: Excellent phone etiquette and the ability to explain products clearly.
Tech Skills: Basic proficiency in MS Office (Excel/Word) and Gmail/Outlook.
Working Hours & Location
Office Timings: 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
