Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and confident Telecaller to join our team. The role involves making outbound calls, answering incoming inquiries, generating leads, and maintaining customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain products/services.
Handle incoming calls, resolve queries, and provide accurate information.
Generate leads and follow up with interested prospects.
Maintain call logs, CRM updates, and daily reporting.
Achieve weekly/monthly targets for calls and conversions.
Build and maintain customer relationships professionally.
Required Skills:
Good communication skills (Hindi & English preferred).
Confident, polite, and customer-focused approach.
Basic computer knowledge (CRM usage is a plus).
Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Qualifications:
Minimum 12th pass (Graduates preferred).
Prior telecalling/BPO/sales experience is an advantage.
