Job Description (Telecaller ):
We are looking for a confident and energetic Telecaller to join our team. The main responsibility of this role is to make outbound and inbound calls to customers, explain products or services, and generate leads or sales. The candidate should be able to communicate clearly, handle customer queries, and maintain call records. Basic computer knowledge and good communication skills are required. The telecaller should be polite, patient, and target-oriented. Freshers are welcome to apply, and training will be provided.
