We are seeking a motivated and professional Telecaller to join our team for Sai Prefix India Private Limited in Delhi at our Kalu Sarai location. This role involves handling calls, providing exceptional customer support, and addressing queries and concerns related to Loan/ Credit Card. Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer calls in a professional and efficient manner.
Address customer queries, concerns, and complaints with a problem-solving approach.
