Hum apne business ke liye ek energetic aur confident Telecaller ki talash kar rahe hain jo hamare potential clients se phone par baat karke unko hamari services ke baare mein samjha sake. Aapko client queries handle karni hogi, leads ko follow-up karna hoga aur appointments/final closures me support karna hoga.

Responsibilities:

• Daily outbound calls karna aur leads generate karna

• Clients ko hamari services/products ke baare me brief karna

• Customer queries ka solution dena aur unki requirement samajhna

• Proper follow-up karna aur lead ko convert karna

• Data entry aur calling records maintain karna

• Sales team ko appointments aur closures me support karna

Requirements:

• Minimum 10th pass

• Good communication skills (Hindi mandatory, English preferred)

• Confident aur polite telephone etiquette

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Excel, WhatsApp/Email handling)

• Telecalling/Telemarketing experience preferred, fresher bhi apply kar sakte hain
