A CRM (Customer Relationship Management) Executive acts as the bridge between a company and its clients. They manage customer data, nurture leads, resolve queries, and execute campaigns to drive satisfaction and retention. Their primary goal is to build profitable, long-lasting relationships with the consumer base.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Management: Nurture marketing leads, make qualification or cold calls, and assign hot prospects to the sales team.
Customer Support: Act as the primary point of contact to address customer queries, complaints, and requests in a timely manner.
Database Management: Maintain accurate, up-to-date customer records to ensure data integrity.
Campaign & Loyalty Execution: Assist in designing and executing customer retention, loyalty, and promotional campaigns.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with marketing, sales, and operations teams to ensure a seamless customer journey from booking to order fulfillment.
Essential Qualifications
Experience: 6months–2 years of experience in customer service
