Telecaller

Job Summary We are looking for a proactive and confident Telecaller to support our recruitment team by contacting machine operators and coordinating their hiring for various project sites. The candidate will be responsible for reaching out to operators, explaining job opportunities, screening candidates, and coordinating with the HR and operations teams to fulfill the company's manpower requirements. Key Responsibilities • Make outbound calls to machine operators for recruitment purposes. • Explain job roles, project locations, salary, and company policies to potential candidates. • Screen candidates based on the company's hiring requirements. • Maintain a database of operators, including their skills, experience, and availability. • Coordinate interviews and joining formalities with the HR and operations teams. • Follow up with shortlisted candidates until they join the assigned site. • Build and maintain a network of skilled operators for future manpower requirements. • Update daily call reports and recruitment status in the company's records. • Meet recruitment targets within the given timelines. Required Skills • Excellent communication and convincing skills. • Good telephone etiquette and interpersonal skills. • Ability to build rapport with candidates. • Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Google Sheets, or CRM software). • Strong follow-up and organizational skills. • Ability to work under pressure and achieve hiring targets. Eligibility • Graduate or Undergraduate (preferred). • 0–2 years of experience in telecalling, recruitment, HR, or customer service. • Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply. Preferred Experience • Experience in recruitment or staffing. • Experience hiring machine operators, construction workers, or industrial manpower is an added advantage.
