Role Overview:
Ritu IVF is looking for a compassionate and well-spoken Telecaller who will be responsible for connecting with prospective and existing patients, managing lead follow-ups, and supporting the patient journey from the first interaction. The role requires strong communication skills, empathy, and the ability to handle sensitive conversations with care and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to leads generated through various channels and introduce Ritu IVF’s consultation and treatment services.

• Conduct timely follow-ups with prospective patients to guide them toward booking consultations.

• Attend incoming patient queries and provide accurate information about consultations, procedures, and appointment scheduling.

• Understand patient concerns related to fertility and respond with empathy, patience, and sensitivity.

• Coordinate with the clinic team to schedule appointments and ensure smooth patient communication.

• Maintain records of calls, follow-ups, and patient interactions in the internal system.

• Assist in collecting patient testimonials and feedback after successful consultations or treatments.

• Provide first-level administrative support when required, including documentation and coordination with internal teams.

• Ensure a positive and reassuring experience for patients at every stage of communication.

• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to handle sensitive conversations with empathy and professionalism.

• Strong follow-up and relationship management skills.

• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to manage multiple patient conversations and maintain accurate records.

• Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM or calling tools is preferred.
  

Qualifications:

• Graduate in any discipline preferred.

• Prior experience in telecalling, patient coordination, healthcare support, or customer service will be an advantage.

• Experience in healthcare, IVF clinics, or medical services is a plus.
