Job Description – Telecaller / Collection Telecaller

Department: Collections / Telecalling

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to customers regarding overdue EMI payments.

Remind customers about their pending loan installments and due payments.

Follow up with customers and encourage timely payment of dues.

Record customer responses, payment commitments, and call details in the system or reports.

Escalate difficult or non-responsive cases to the field collection team.

Achieve daily calling and recovery targets.

Requirements

Good communication skills (Hindi / basic English)

Basic computer knowledge

Experience in telecalling or collections preferred
