Position: Telecaller

Job Type: Full-Time | Hybrid

Salary: ₹12,000 per month (Plus)

About the Role

Mystery Box is looking for energetic and confident Tele callers to handle customer enquiries, explain our surprise packages and event services, follow up with leads, and convert enquiries into bookings. Key Responsibilities

• Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls

• Explain surprise packages, event services, and customisation options

• Follow up with leads through calls and WhatsApp
